Registration for Fall 2007 and
Spring 2008 Soccer seasons is now open
To register you need :
Registration
form (everybody has to fill
out one)
A
small (passport size)
picture of the player
(required only if born before August 1st,
2001 and did not play in 2006-07 in the Under 8 or above)
A
copy of the player birth certificate
(new players only)
Registration
fee (1 player $120.00 –
2 players $190.00 – 3 players $260.00)

Included in the registration fees
is a raffle booklet with 20 tickets (30 for 2 players and
40 for 3 players)
for the following 5 prices:
$ 400.00 cash (1st price)
$ 300.00 cash (2nd price)
- $ 200.00 cash
(3rd price)
- $ 50.00 cash
(4th and
5th price)
You can keep the tickets or resell
them at 5.00 dollars each.
If you resell all the tickets
given to you the actual registration cost will be just 20
dollars per player!!!
In order to be included in the
raffle all tickets sold must be returned no later than September
1st, 2007
The raffle will be held on Soccer
opening day on September 8, 2007 at St. Teresa field.
Raffle tickets will be
given/mailed to you once the registration fees has been paid.
