2007/2008 fees (Registration and fees are for both Fall and Spring seasons) -

1 player $120.00 – 2 players $190.00 – 3 players $260.00 –  Please make check payable to St. Teresa YAA - Soccer

Included in the registration is a booklet with 20 tickets (30 for 2 players and 40 for 3 players) for a raffle with  total cash prices of 1000.00 dollars. See St. Teresa Soccer web site page or call/write/email us for details.

 

By submitting this form, whether or not the players participates in any or all activities sponsored by the YAA soccer program for the period September 1^st 2007- August 31^st 2008, I certify that I have read and agree to the conditions of participations as contained in the “Term and Conditions” of the St. Teresa Soccer program, a copy of which is posted at St. Teresa Field on Victory Blvd, at Conran Hall (St. Teresa Gym), on the St. Teresa Parish web site at the address http://www.saintteresasi.org/styaa/soccer/STYAASoccer.htm or can be requested via email at soccer@saintteresasi.org or in writing by sending a pre-paid postage, self addressed envelop to :
