Report Cards – Students in grades Pre-K 4 through 8 will be receiving their third quarter report cards on Wednesday, April 25, 2007.  *Your tuition account MUST be current in order for your child to receive his/her report card.  This means August through April tuition, with any tuition late fee charges that have accrued must be paid and checks cleared before April 25^th.  Keep in mind that it takes 7-10 business days to process your tuition payment.  You can call TMS at 1-800-722-4867 to check the status of your account.  School fees, Parish Maintenance fee, and Candy Drive money must also be paid.  Report cards will be withheld if you owe tuition/tuition late fees, school fees, parish maintenance fee, or candy drive money.

• To the winners of the candy drive.  Matthew Hunt (Kndg) was the first place winner and Steven Bacchio (Pre-K 4) was the second place winner. Matthew received a $200.00 gift card to Toys R Us.  Steven received a $100.00 gift card to The Gap.

Due to the efforts of all involved, our bake sale was once again a huge success!!

 

Superintendent’s Visit – Mrs. Zoilita Herrera, Superintendent of Staten Island Catholic Schools will be visiting our school on April 2^nd and 3^rd.  She will be meeting with faculty, students, and parents during her visit.

 

Easter Recess – On Wednesday, April 4, 2007, we will have an 11:00 dismissal to start the Easter Recess.  There will be NO Pre-K 4 AM & PM classes on this day.   School will re-open on Monday, April 16, 2007 at 7:55 AM.

 

First Reconciliation – Our second graders will be receiving the sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time on Tuesday, April 17, 2007.

 

Confirmation – Our seventh graders will be receiving the sacrament of Confirmation on Thursday, April 26, 2007, at 10:30 AM.  School will be closed on this day.

 

Snow Day Give Back – On Friday, April 27, 2007, will be our give back day for the school closing of February 16^th     .  Dismissal will be at 11:00 AM on this day.  There will be NO school for the 7^th grade students and Pre-K 4 students only!

 

Lip Sync – The annual Lip Sync Show will take place on Friday, April 27, 2007, at 7:00PM in Conran Hall.

 

A Special Thank You – Olivia Blasi (8-2) would like to thank all who participated in the coloring book and crayon drive for Staten Island University Hospital’s Pediatric Center.  She collected 150 coloring books and 197 packs of crayons.  The children in the Pediatric Center were so thrilled to receive them.  Thanks again!

Tuition Reminder – Tuition payment (#9) is due this month. To avoid late fees your tuition payment must be received at TMS on or before the 1^st or the 15^th of every month, depending on the payment plan you signed up for at enrollment. *Keep in mind that it takes 7-10 business days to process your payment or 48 hours to process an overnight payment.  Your account must stay current.
